Any guesses who took their first TWO steps last night?!!!  Yup - Emily Ann!  :)  Ryan and I couldn't believe our eyes the first time she did it...so we made her do it again just to make sure it wasn't a fluke.  And sure enough, she did it several times!  Only 2 steps though - but still - can't believe she walked TWO WHOLE steps by herself!!! :)  So exciting!  Meanwhile, Addy has been mastering clapping her hands...and Hailey is a pro at waving "buh-bye."  It's so fun and entertaining watching them LEARN!  I love it! :)  

However, I am NOT loving wiping down 3 babies and 3 highchairs 3 times a day after meals.  It wears me out!  Oh - and wiping up the floor nonstop too.  Our rags have about had it!  I already need a whole new set of rags because they stink even after I wash them now.  :)  But yea, mealtimes are definitely getting to be difficult and extremely messy.  In some ways, getting up at 4 a.m. and feeding 3 bottles was easier than wiping 30 sticky fingers, 3 messy screaming faces, and cleaning and wiping up and shaking out and scrubbing and rinsing off and doing it all over again to 3 highchairs everyday!  ahhh!! :)  You gotta love the new stages! :)

Finally a new update! :)

So sorry that I've been so slow at blogging lately.  I guess we have been busy and I haven't been taking as many pics lately!  Here Hailey is cuddling with her buddy Sawyer.  :) 

Here the girls are in their new big girl car seats!  They love them!  (And no, we don't always put them in the same seat.  We get that question a lot.  We just grab whoever is closest! :) )

We put the windows down and Addy's "long" hair was flying in the wind.  She was waving her hand like crazy trying to get the wind to stop.  
Emily and Addy hanging out walking across all of our furniture.  That's what they do all day long now!

Sniffles

Well it must be the change in seasons already because the girls and I all have colds!  Yuck!  I feel like I wipe a million snotty noses all day long.  Poor girls.  Hopefully we won't be sick all winter!  Other than that, we are doing great.  The girls are playing together so nicely lately.  And they are very into copying each other.  When one starts spitting their food at me, they ALLLLL start spitting at me.  They follow each other into trouble all the time....and they are just so much FUN right now!  Ryan and I laugh at them all the time.  They truly bring us so much joy!!! 

Here the girls are with our neighbors at the zoo for the very first time!  They really didn't notice the animals very much but they did like to watch all of the other kids running around.  Some times, the stroller and I felt like more of an exhibit than the giraffes.  Oh well...

Most times, the challenge lies in trying to get the girls to look, keep their eyes open, etc. when taking a picture.  This time, we had a challenge with Grandpa.  :)  But, it was his birthday so we'll give some slack. :)

If we don't have highchairs during lunch time, then we need "spotters."  Meal time involved EVERYONE'S help! :)

The girls are 11 months TOMORROW!  So big!  Here they are sitting at their little kid table. :)  

I should have bought one of these "toys" a long time ago! :)
